Bedandbreakfast.bg is a Bulgarian digital platform for accommodation and local experiences that connects guests and hosts through a modern online reservation system, direct communication, and transparent rules of participation.
The platform was created as an open environment in which hosts (owners of accommodation and organizers of local experiences) from all over the country can independently publish and manage their listings, and guests can discover a variety of local accommodation.
Who we are
Bedandbreakfast.bg is developed by a team with hands-on experience in tourism and the management of small accommodation properties.
The platform was created in response to the need for a more accessible and transparent model that gives hosts greater control and lowers barriers to online presence.
Each listing on the platform is managed directly by its host.
The role of Bedandbreakfast.bg is to provide the technological infrastructure and a clear framework for interaction between guests and hosts.
How do we work
Bedandbreakfast.bg operates as an open digital platform providing tools for direct interaction between hosts and guests.

What the Platform Does — and Does Not Do
Bedandbreakfast.bg provides:
- a digital environment for publishing and managing listings
- booking and payment processing tools
- direct communication channels between guests and hosts
- publicly available rules and policies
Bedandbreakfast.bg does not:
- set prices
- manage properties
- act as a party to the accommodation agreement
- act as a party to the offered experiences
- alter host-defined conditions
Information for Guests
Bedandbreakfast.bg gives guests access to accommodation listings published directly by hosts.
All prices, conditions, and house rules are defined by the respective host and are visible before booking.
The platform is built to provide clarity, security, and convenience for both guests and hosts, while adhering to established standards and rules.
Upon confirmation of a reservation, a platform service fee is added to the accommodation price, which covers the costs of system maintenance, payment processing, and provision of Bedandbreakfast.bg services.
The platform offers three standard cancellation policy levels, from which each host selects the most appropriate option. The selected policy is clearly displayed in the listing.

Information for Hosts
Participation in Bedandbreakfast.bg is free of charge, as registration and listing publication do not require monthly fees or subscriptions.
Hosts independently manage their listings, pricing, availability, and communication with guests. They may select from three standard cancellation policy options.
We work with clear and transparent terms for hosts, where commissions are applied only for realized reservations. For partners and recommended properties, preferential programs are provided.
We encourage recommendations and partnerships between hosts, organizations and communities through special programs that support the sustainable development of the platform.

Transparency and Rules
Bedandbreakfast.bg provides a booking platform, not an accommodation intermediary service.
Each host is responsible for the accuracy of the information in their listing, the terms and conditions and the fulfillment of reservations.
